These are sold at all grocery stores that carry Goya products. They also come in 'white'.

You can use a rolling pin to stretch them out a bit.

Use any pepperoni you like. I like the cubed.

Fill with cheese & pepperoni. And use some water to wet the edges to help seal it.

Use a fork to press edges

Lay on cookie sheet. And brush tops with melted butter.

Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 min or until edges are slightly brown & crisp. Enjoy:)
