Take your strawberries and clean them

Cut the stem off straight across

Use your pearing knife to carefully cut out the white center

Lay them upside down on your paper towel

Make your cheese cake filling as directed. Mix in your bowl and let sit for about 20-30 mins just enough time so it's not runny.

Fill a zip lock bag with your cheese cake filling and cut the corner. You don't want to cut to much or to little so I cut about 1/4 of the tip.

Fill your strawberries

This will be your final product I decorated one with green sprinkles you can also use your gram cracker crust or leave them plain.
