The supplies

Start boiling pasta, cook al dente and strain

Marinate shrimp in black pepper and Cajun spice

Sauté minced garlic in butter

Add shrimp and sauté until 3/4ths cooked

Add heavy cream, simmer until reduced to about 1/2. Add paprika and Cajun seasons for color.

Add mozzarella and stir until sauce is creamy and thick

When sauce thick and creamy, toss with pasta

Tosses with chopped fresh basil

Serve with bread and enjoy. Bon Appetit!
