I use this to crush cardamon, but you break it it with a spoon as well.
Warm up the water. I'm making 1 serving so I like to add 50/50 milk. Up to you how milklyyou prefer tea
Add the milk (I use 2%) and wait until it boils. Once it reaches a boil, take it off and strain.
And there you have a yummy cup of Indian chai tea :) *i like to add brown sugar at the end, but feel free too add your choice of sweetener once the tea is boiling*
