Add Salt to the boiling water

In a separate bowl add some Agave or sugar

Quickly Blanch the Celery. About 15sec

Place in strainer BUT keep the water in the pan for the Tofu. Best to use a strainer to remove the celery from the wok or pot

Place Celery and Tofu into Mixing Bowl

Give it a good Mix. Taste it and see if you want to add more of anything for taste. Agave, Soy sauce, or Sesame oil

Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 1hr. Best eaten the next day as the flavors soak into the Celery and Tofu. Enjoy and #DoMore
