How to make cauliflower soup with garlic bread
Cauliflowers are low in fat and carbs but high in dietary fiber, vitamin c and water. So enjoy the goodness of cauliflower with a comforting soup.

INGREDIENTS
Add butter in your stockpot
Add onion, celery and carrots. Let them cook for about 5 mins.
Oh, please don't throw away your celery leaves. We'll use it later along with parsley to finish off our soup.
Now push vegez to a side add some butter on another side. Then add flour and cook a little. Mix it all up.
Then add broth, milk, broth, cauliflower, salt and pepper. Let cook for about 25 mins.
While the soup us cooking, line a tray with foil and place bread slices for the garlic bread. I'm using pine nut bread.
Melt the 2 tbsp butter with some garlic and brush on to the bread
Usually i would just toast it with the garlic but today i also used some cheddar and parmesan. So toast it for about 2 mins in the broiler. Once done cut then lengthwise.
Cream your soup with a hand blender, then add parsley and celery leaves. Enjoy it with the garlic bread.
- 1.0 Cauliflower head
- 1.0 Red onion
- 2.0 Carrots
- 2.0 Celery
- 1.0c Half and half or milk
- 1/2Tbsp Flour
- Butter
- 8.0oz Chicken broth
- Salt and pepper
- Parsley
- For the garlic bread:
- 4.0 Whole wheat bread slices
- 1.0Tbsp Garlic
- 2.0Tbsp Butter
- Cheddar cheese
- Parmesan cheese
