Cut in 1/2 and wash. Save the other 1/2 for another meal (or if you want more servings than 3-4, use whole amount).
Place in casserole dish.
Spritz with oil (I use grape seed in a spritzer can).
Use maple pepper seasoning to season cauliflower. (Could use Morton's seasoning, or a mixture of salt, pepper, and a tsp maple syrup)
Bake at 350 for 15 mins.
Add 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Bake another 15 minutes. Add 1 tsp brown sugar when cauliflower is removed from the oven.

- 1.0tsp Grape seed oil
- 1.0pch salt, black pepper and tsp maple syrup
- 1.0pch Maple Pepper seasoning
- 1.0Tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1.0tsp Brown sugar
