Boil cauliflower for about 40 minutes or until very soft. Then drain for about 5 minutes.
Put the cauliflower and 1 egg in the blender. I do this so there are no chunks of cauliflower in my pizza.
Pour cauliflower into a bowl and add 1/2 cup of milled flax seed. It helps bind the cauliflower into dough. Next heat the mixture about 1 min then add 1 bag of mozzarella cheese (any brand).
Spread the dough onto a piece of foil that has been sprayed w/nonstick spray. It does not matter the shape you make it or thickness. I do an 1/8-1/4 of an inch, but I don't pull out my ruler either.
Next put your dough in the oven on broil until it starts to brown. 5-10 min max!
Get another sheet of foil and spray it. Lay it on top of the dough from the oven. Grab the corners of both pieces of foil and flip very quickly. Then gently peel back the foil. It might stick, go slow
It could be a little more brown, but this is good. Now the tricky part. FLIPPING!
Add sauce. The amount depends on if you like a little or a lot of sauce.
Add your toppings. Whatever makes your heart happy. I used mushroom, pepper, and bacon. Then add your cheese and bake in the oven on 400, till the cheese is melted.
The finished product; eat up! However, I would use a plate and fork. It's kind of hard to hold like regular pizza.
