How to make cashew chicken pizza
This is a pizza version of Springfield, Mo.-style cashew chicken. It makes enough for two pizzas, so divide ingredients evenly between two crusts.

Cut chicken into small pieces and sautée in oil
Toss chicken with soy sauce when cooked (omit this step for less salty pizza)
Use oyster sauce to top the pizza crust.
Spread the oyster sauce evenly to taste.
Sprinkle cashews on crust. (Use less salty cashews to cut back on the saltiness, if you want.)
Spread chicken pieces evenly on crust.
Top with mozzarella cheese lightly to hold ingredients together.
Bake in a 450-degree oven according to directions for the crust. Top with chopped green onions to finish.
