Gather your supplies.

Grate the carrots

Chop the spring onions

Chop the coriander.

Grate Parmesan cheese.

Beat the egg

Mix all the ingredients. Add Flour as needed and little bit of double cream, salt & pepper.

Excuse my old pan.. Heat some oil in a pan

Start frying!

When golden brown, remove onto a plate.

Crispy from outside & fluffy from inside.

Serve with a dip!
