Here is some of the ingredients you will need to make carrot buns! So keep watching.
Start of by melting the 50 grams of butter over low heat (you can also just microwave it)
Pour the melted butter into a big mixing ball and add 400 milliliter milk (4dl Milk)
After that add the yoghurt to the mixture.
And whisk it!
Crumble the 50grams of yeast into the ball and make sure that there isn't any yeast left.
Now you can grate the 2 carrots and add them into.
Weight the wheat bran (50g) and mix it in.
After that mix salt in (2tsp)
And sugar (2tsp)
Now we only need the wheat flour. Add in a little at a time to make sure the dough doesn't gets to dry with all that flour!
I Didn't use all of the flour but its up to you.
Now you can leave it for 1 hour.
Knead the dough. Place the buns on a cookie sheet and leave them for another 20min.
During the 20 minuets you can preheat the oven to 200* degrees
Put the buns into the oven for about 15-20 min. But before you do that you need to bruch them with egg.
Done! I burned mine just a little... But just keep a eye on them and they will be fine! ENJOY!
