Ingredients: 1 large apple; 1 large carrot; Handful of chopped parsley; 2 tbsp Lemon juice; 2-3 tbsp Olive oil; 1 tbsp apple cider vineger; 1/2 a pomegranate; Juice of one navel orange

STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Wash and peel
Cut up carrot in julienne size
Make really think apple slices
Cut into thin strips to make julienne size
Orange and pomegranate. That's another specie of orange available locally. But ideally use Valencia orange
Squeeze orange juice into the salad, and pomegranate seeds. Drizzle olive oil
1 tbsp ACV
Stir to mix evenly with the dressing
Serve fresh
