Add some canola oil and fry chopped tomatoes and onions, till onions are clear.
Add your chopped beef, salt, pepper and chicken bouillon to taste and let your meat cook all around.
Once your meat is no longer red add your chopped potatoes.
Add just enough water to cover your meat and potatoes.
Cover your pot but not completely and let it simmer till your meat and potatoes are cooked all the way through.
Serve with some rice and you're all done!
