Cook the condensed milk for about 3 hours, put the stick in your apples, dip them in boiled water to remove wax and dirt. Chop nutts of your choice
Melt your chocolate in separate bowls, empty the can of milk in another bowl( after 3 hours cooking its all Carmel JUST IPEM THE CAN CAREFULLY!!!)
Dipp in Carmel first, then dip/roll in nutts, dip/cover with the chocolate
Double dipped apples when done, chocolate coverd apples with Carmel and cashews/peanuts yummy!!
