In a saucepan over medium heat add all ingredients except the vanilla extract.
Stir mixture constantly, or sugar will burn, until butter is melted. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
I like to use this as a glaze on a bundt cake or over ice cream. Tastes so much better than store bought!
- 3.0Tbsp Butter
- 3.0Tbsp Light Brown Sugar
- 3.0Tbsp White Sugar
- 3.0Tbsp Heavy whipping Cream
- 1.0tsp Vanilla Extract
