How to make caramel cake

Mix 400g flour, 400g sugar, 55g Cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda 0.5 teaspoon vanilla and a pinch of salt

Make a whole in the center

Add 4 eggs

Then 120g oil, 120g melted butter, 400ml milk

Beat with an electric mixer

Pour into 2 9inch baking pans and bake at 350 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes

For the frosting mix 200g butter until light and pale

Add half 300g caramel and a tablespoon of good quality alcohol

Put the first layer, spread 100g caramel

Then add a thin layer of ready frosting

And it's ready. Moist, delicious, perfect!!!
