Cut capsicum pepper into shape like a ring, don't let it be too thin otherwise it cannot contain the egg

Pan fry bacons and pepper

Flip over pepper and when it's still on the fire, arrange in bacon by surrounding it inside

Crack an egg into it

When the bottom layer is cooked, slowly trim off excess egg whites around it

Add in spices desired, continue grilling it until the white turns more obvious

My choose of spice, all that I have, garlic salt, dry basil and paprika

Patience :)

Take off from the pan, place it in the oven if u don't like half cooked eggs

Serve hot
