Place the cleaned arugula onto a plate.
Slice the tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. Place them on top of the arugula, followed by laying the basil leaves on top of the mozzarella.
Dressing preparation: Mix the olive oil, salt, black pepper and balsamic vinegar. Set aside.
Drizzle with prepared dressing. Serve immediately as an appetizer.
