Whisk together sugar, cinnamon, and salt thoroughly in a medium size bowl.
Whisk together the egg white and water until frothy in a separate bowl.
Get your pecans--
and add them to your egg white and water mixture.
Stir the pecans gently and make sure all of them are wet.
Next, the wet pecans over the sugar blend and toss;coating them all.
Grease a couple of lined baking sheet lightly.
Spread them out in one layer for even baking.
Bake them for 50 minutes, and stir/flip them around every 10 minutes at 250 degrees Fahrenheit .They cool off pretty fast(about 5 minutes). Enjoy💫
