Wash the squash seeds, dry them overnight or with a paper towel.
Add coconut oil, honey, cinnamon and salt. Mix them well.
Spread it on pan lined with parchment paper and roast it at 400F for 20-30mins.
- Seeds from one kabocha or butternut squash
- 1.0Tbsp Coconut oil
- 2.0Tbsp Honey or maple syrup
- 1.0tsp Cinnamon
- 1.0pch Salt
