Make Cake Batter Ice Cream


Make cake batter; eliminate eggs and replace water with milk.

Mix 1 cup cake batter with 1 cup heavy cream

Freeze in ice cream maker for 20-30 minutes or until thick

Use a knife to cut cupcakes into the batter mixture. Add any other items (eg sprinkles)

Spoon into a storage container and freeze overnight. Enjoy!

  • 1.0 Cup heavy cream
  • 6.0 Mini frosted cupcakes
  • 1.0 Ice cream maker
