Make cake batter; eliminate eggs and replace water with milk.
Mix 1 cup cake batter with 1 cup heavy cream
Freeze in ice cream maker for 20-30 minutes or until thick
Use a knife to cut cupcakes into the batter mixture. Add any other items (eg sprinkles)
Spoon into a storage container and freeze overnight. Enjoy!
