In mixing bowl, place Romaine Heart (rinsed, dried and chopped)
Add 2 tablespoons of Caesar Dressing and generous sprinkle of Parmesan. Toss to coat, make sure coating is even.
In big bowl, plate as shown.
Arrange tomato halves in star pattern.
Top with croutons and garnish with more Parmesan.
