Take a pot and set it over high heat. Add about 3 1/2 cups of water. Bring it to a boil. When it does come to a boil add the chicken powder. I like to use knorr chicken flavor bouillon.☺️
Immediately after add your noodles. Cook them according to the package instructions.
Take out 1/2 cup of the broth the noodles were cooked In.
Set this aside
Drain your noodles but do not rinse.
Put the noodles back in the pot. Set your heat to low.
Toss the butter into the noodles
The garlic powder
Take 1/4 cup of the broth
And moisten the noodles with it. Set the remaining broth on the side and use it sparingly if it gets too dry.
Continue by adding the cheese. If you don't find Romano cheese feel free to use Parmesan .😊
- 8.0oz Egg noodles
- 3.0tsp Chicken bouillon powder
- 1.0tsp Garlic powder
- 2.0Tbsp Parsley fresh or dried
- 0.0c Pecorino Romano cheese
- 3.0Tbsp Salted butter
- 0.0c Reserved water
