Scoop out the seeds and dispose of them. Think just like halloween time with pumpkins!

Place the squash face down on the baking pan and poor 1 cup of water to keep it moist.

Bake squash for 30 minutes or until it is mushy and soft!

Scoop out the meat of the butternut squash and put into a bowl for the kitchen aid.
