Measure out all ingredients.
The buttercream should come out smooth!!
The buttercream is perfect to pipe on a cake. There was enough buttercream to ice the whole cake and plenty more left over.
- 4 cups(32oz) confectioners/powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla
- 2-4 tablespoons of milk
- 1 cup(2 sticks) of salted butter
