Cut the chicken in tiny pieces

Chop the onion and chilli

Fry the onion and chilli in oil for about 1-2min

Add chicken to the onion, stir occasionally until all the water has disappeared and fry for 2 mins.

Mix half of the butter chicken powder in 500ml of water

Add the butter chicken sauce to the chicken
Bring chicken to the boil on medium heat. Boil for 5 mins.

Add the thickened cream little at a time stirring.
Add salt to taste. Serve with rice or naan bread. Optional: chopped coriander leaves
