Preheat the olive oil in a large saut\u00e9e pan over medium heat. Place the peppers, onion, garlic into the hot oil and caramelize. Stir periodically. Add salt and pepper.

When the vegetables are caramelized, remove from the pan.  Season the steak with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and cayenne pepper. Place steak into the large saut\u00e9 pan, and cook for about 5 minutes

  • 1 white onion- 1/8 inch slice
  • 3 jalapeño peppers (no seeds)- 1/8 inch slice
  • 1 green bell pepper- 1/8 inch slice
  • 1 yellow bell pepper- 1/8 inch slice
  • 1 red bell pepper- 1/8 inch slice
  • 1 avocado- 1/16 inch slice
  • 2 garlic cloves- minced

  • 2 pounds steak (your choice)- sliced
