Preheat the olive oil in a large sautée pan over medium heat. Place the peppers, onion, garlic into the hot oil and caramelize. Stir periodically. Add salt and pepper.

When the vegetables are caramelized, remove from the pan. Season the steak with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and cayenne pepper. Place steak into the large sauté pan, and cook for about 5 minutes

Here comes the fun part, and that's building our burrito. Get your tortilla ready to fill with all of the other awesome ingredients. You can layer it however you like. Here we go!

Additional notes: I plated this dish with yellow rice, black beans, and an avocado salad. All topped with the Mango Pico De Gallo we made yesterday. Just showing the many ways it can be used.
