STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Gather your ingredients. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place chicken on a plate and drizzle olive oil over both sides of your chicken.
Season both sides of your chicken breasts with grill seasoning.
Heat up grill pan. When the pan is hot, add chicken and cook for about 3 minutes on both sides. Then, set chicken aside.
Stretch your dough to form your pizza crust. Sprinkle your workspace with flour to make it easier to handle. Set formed pizza crust on a pan lined with parchment paper and set aside.
Thinly slice your scallions. Then, set aside.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Once butter is melted, stir in your Worcestershire sauce.
Add in your hot sauce.
Stir in your tomato sauce.
Ensure the mixture is thoroughly combined.
Thinly slice your grilled chicken into small, bite-size pieces.
Add chicken pieces to the sauce.
Toss to thoroughly coat each piece of chicken.
Cook formed pizza crust for 5-10 minutes. Slightly pre-cooking the crust will help it hold all of its delicious and heavy toppings.
After cooking the crust for 5-10 minutes, pull out the crust and cover the dough with your buffalo chicken pieces and sauce.
Sprinkle the pizza with blue cheese crumbles.
Top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
Brush the outer crust of the pizza with olive oil. It will help add color and crispyness to your outer crust as it cooks.
Add your chopped scallions to the top of the crust.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until crust is golden-brown and crisp.
