Make Buffalo Cauliflower

STEPS
INGREDIENTS

Preheat your oven to 425. Cut your cauliflower into bite size pieces.

Combine milk, flour, salt and garlic powder in a bowl thoroughly.

Coat each piece of cauliflower in the mixture making sure to shake off excess. Place the pieces on a cookie sheet (you can cover the sheet with parchment paper if you want, I didn't).

Cook for 20-25 minutes. The times I have made this 20-22 minutes has been plenty of time. When it's done, take it out and let it cool for a few minutes.

While the cauliflower is cooking, melt the butter in a small pan. Take it off the burner and add the hot sauce (you can use your favorite, mine is Frank's).

After the cauliflower has cooled for a few minutes, toss in the sauce mixture and serve :)

I don't use ranch dressing but put some in the picture because I know most people like it with their wings. You can also add celery to this.
