Chocolate, Vanilla or Banana

Measure 1 Litre Milk

Pour Milk into pot

Put Budyn into Milk Pot while Milk is still cold

Set stove to High and whisk

Whisk continuously

Pour into serving dish

Makes 2 large portions or 4 regular
