Gather supplies. Since you are infusing vodka, using a cheaper brand is fine. I'm using a couple bottles that once held tequila & lemonade.
Wash the Buddah's Hand well, making sure to clean out well between the 'fingers'. Cut the fruit in hand and breathe deeply the lovely lemon aroma!
Cut apart each finger.
Trim off the ends
Slice the fingers thinner and trim off any extra white pith. Don't go too crazy, this pith is not bitter like other citrus.
Load up your bottles with the sliced pieces of Buddah's Hand. I don't have any precise numbers for how much to put in. (This one piece of fruit, I used for two bottles.)
Fill bottle with vodka. Cap tightly and put in the cupboard for about a month.
Great to use in cocktails or to drink plain on the rocks. Enjoy!
