What you need.
Cut brussel sprouts in half length wise.
Add olive oil to a pan on medium heat. Place brussel sprouts face down in a single layer. Add salt, pepper and crushed red pepper.
Roast in pan for 20 min. Deglaze with apple cider vinegar and toss.

- 2.0Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2.0Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2.0tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flake
- 1.0pch Salt
- 1.0pch Ground Black Pepper
