How to make brownies from mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F for metal and glass pan, 325 degrees F for dark or coated pan

Gather all supplies

Grease bottom of pan

Empty brownie mix, egg(s), water and oil in a large bowl

Stir until well blended ( about 50 strokes)

Spread into greased pan and bake immediately

Bake in center of oven following chart below. 8 x 8 inch pan bake for 35-38 minutes, 9x9 inch pan bake for 30-33 minutes brownie is done when you stick a toothpick in and it comes out clean

Cool completely in pan on wire rack before cutting and serving

After they have cooled eat and enjoy
