Gather your ingredients.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. (Mine was already heating up.)
Melt your butter and chocolate in a microwave. They vary in power, so just be sure they are fully melted!
Mix it so that the lumps of chocolate are completely gone. Then, set aside.
Add all other ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Then add the chocolate-butter.
Mix with an electric mixer.
Mix until all the lumps are gone. It should look like this!
Pour the filling in the crust.
Then put it in the oven for 35-45 minutes.
Take it out of the oven, let it cool, and enjoy! I like adding some whipped cream. 😻
- 1/4c Butter
- 1/2c Sugar
- 1.0Tbsp Flour
- 2.0 Eggs
- 1.0pch Salt
- 1/2c Milk
- 1.0tsp Vanilla
- 1.0 Pre-Made Pastry Crust
- 1/2oz Unsweetened Chocolate
