Lay bacon out in jelly roll pan, lined with parchment.

Mix brown sugar & maple syrup together in small bowl.

Spoon brown sugar mixture over top of bacon.

Spoon brown sugar mixture over top of bacon.

Make sure all bacon is well coated.

Sprinkle with pepper.

Sprinkle with pepper.

Bake 20-25 minutes at 375. Delicious, hot or cold!

  • 1.0 Pound bacon (I used turkey bacon for this guide)
  • 1/4c Brown sugar
  • 3.0Tbsp Maple syrup
  • Pepper
