Bring the water to a boil
Put the noodles in. Cook them until they are almost done.
Drain the noodles and set them aside
Chop the chives and combine them with cheese, milk, butter, and spices
Melt it all together
Wash the sweet baby broccoli and cut the stems off close to the top
Put them in the cheese sauce and MIT it up good!

Lay out the cups
Fill the cups and bake at 400 for 15 minutes
There you go! Yum!
