Grab your ingredients. (Group beef/turkey should be thawed and ready to use!)

Dice carrots and onion.

Add oil to large pot. When hot, add carrots and onions and sauté until soft (about 2 minutes).

Create a well in the center of the veggies.

Add ground beef/turkey and allow to brown. Reduce heat medium.

Create a well in the center of the meat/veggies.

Add tomato paste and garlic and blend.

Add Worcestershire sauce, herbs and salt & pepper to sauce.

Add 1-2 cups red wine to sauce.

Add 1 cup of milk and simmer for 30 minutes to 2 hours, until ready to serve.

Add parsley and serve with loads of Parmesan.
