Put mince meat in pan to cook first

Whilst cooking chop mushrooms

Peel and half onions
Crush garlic, the chop finely
Add dried origanum to bolognase

Keep stirring until water from meat is reduced (when sizzling)

Add garlic onion and mushrooms and salt&pepper.

Add chopped tinned tomatoes, and 500g of passatta
Cook for a couple of hours slowly on low heat to thicken sauce
