Stick in the oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes!

  • 1 1/2 c all purpose flour
  • 3/4 c granulated sugar
  • 1/2 t kosher salt
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 1/3 c vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c milk
  • 1 1/2 t vanilla extract
  • 6 to 8 oz blueberries
