Gather your ingredients. Sorry I forgot to show the eggs!
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Generously grease a bundt pan(I used an angel food cake pan) with butter
Combine your flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
It should look something like this^
Add one egg at a time, beating with mixer on low speed after each egg.
After all your eggs are mixed in, add your vanilla, beating on low speed.
With mixer on low speed, beat in half the buttermilk and 1/3 of the flour mixture. Once that is combined, add another 1/3 of the mixture and the remaining buttermilk.
Gently beat in the remaining flour mixture for about 30 seconds, then do the rest by hand. Be careful not to over mix!
Okay, once that is all combined, gently toss blueberries with 2 tbsp flour.
Now spoon about 1/3 of the batter into the prepared pan.
Sprinkle with half the blueberries.
Add another 1/3 of the batter, spreading evenly over the blueberries.
Now sprinkle remaining blueberries over the the batter.
Pour remaining batter over the blueberries and spread evenly over.
Place cake in preheated oven and bake for an hour to an hour and a half. Keep a close eye on it, when it's done it should be a golden brown and a knife inserted should come out clean.
Allow cake to cool in pan for 30 mins, then run a sharp knife around the edges and invert into a plate.
Once it has cooled, slice and enjoy!
