Wash and drain the blueberries, Crush them with a potato masher. Stir in the pectin, lemon juice and water. Bring them to boil, stirring occasionally.
Add the sugar, reduce the heat and simmer until thick, stirring occasionally.
Sanitize the jars by boiling them for 10 minutes.
Pour the jam into the sanitized jars.
Cover the bottle and boil it with 2 inches of water for 5 minutes.
Decorate the jars and share them with your friends.
