Make Blue Cheese Sauce for Steak


In a small to medium sauce pan add heavy cream and cheese

Melt cheese into cream over medium heat

When mixture comes to a boil add the cornstarch, whisk the cornstarch in and remove from heat

Once the sauce has slightly cooled it will thicken, and can be poured onto your meat of choice.

I also added toasted walnuts, and balsamic reduction to the filet mignon. Absolutely amazing!

  • 1.0c Heavy cream
  • 0.0c Hard blue cheese
  • Salt and pepper to tase
  • 1.0tsp Corn starch
