INGREDIENTS

1) Place all the ingredients (except for the dates) in a food processor and blend until smooth.

2) Add the dates one by one.

3) With your hands roll the mixture into small balls.

4) Take some more and roll the balls in it.

5) Place the balls on a plate and refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving

  • 1/2c Almonds
  • 1/2c oats
  • 1/4c desiccated coconut
  • 8.0 medjool dates
  • 1.0Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1.0tsp coconut oil
