This meal differs from my usual breakfast because I usually eat medium sugar cereals. This meal contains brown sugar and whole meal flour. It's also a good and healthy way to start my day for school.

I learned that canola oil spray is a great way to use less oil when you're cooking. I also learned I had to heat the pan before I pored the mixture in.

I learned that whole meal flour is a better alternative to white flour and that brown sugar is healthier than white sugar.

The finished product look fantastic and tastes just as good as it looks! I felt very proud when I saw the finished meal.
