How to make black & white polka dot nails :)

Paint nails white, let dry completely.

I will be using a Sally Hansen nail art pen, you could also dip a toothpick in black nail polish and that would work just as well!

Make random dots all around dry white nail. Big or small whatever you choose!

Clean up around edges and voila! Done :) goodluck!
