Chop 3 green onions

Chop red and bell peppers and add all to pan

Add garlic

Add oregano and cumin


Add 2 cans of beans


Add cilantro leaves

Simmer for 5 mins

Chop red onion and lime

Put some corn tortillas on a pan and brown each side


Plate, beans and rice are 398 cals, one tortilla is 55
