Sprinkle your chocolate chips and optional toppings over the batter and bake in a preheated 350*f oven for 35-40 minutes. (If you can't tell, I love coconut) :)

Remove from the oven when your brownies rise up and slightly crack on the top. You won't believe how good these smell! Let them slightly cool in the pan before devouring! Enjoy!
