Marinate your chicken with powdered red chilli and black pepper and set aside. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry your chicken on medium heat untill golden brown
It should look like this when it's golden brown
Dish out fried chicken in another bowl and set aside
Now take out some oil from the frying pan and fry your chopped onions in the same oil. Add ginger garlic paste
When the onions are golden brown Add tomatoes
Cut all your peppers and jalapeño and add them in the pan
Now add rest of the spices and stir fry untill the oil is separated from the gravy. Now add your fried chicken
Keep the lid on untill the chicken is completely cooked.. Now add all the leaves and stir.. Serve with buttered tandoori naans :)
