At first you need to boil the beetroot until it will soften up
After boiling leave the beetroot to chill for ten minutes, then grate it like in the picture
Chop the dill
For sauce we need garlic, salt, black pepper, and one table spoon oil
At last add the sauce and chopped dill to the grated beetroot and mix well
